Use this form to report any issues with your releases on DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack, and others. You can submit requests to fix wrong artist profiles, missing releases, profile merges, incorrect metadata, and more. Please note: We can only process requests for content that was distributed through DPM Network Music Distribution.

⚠️ Important Note About YouTube Music / Topic Channel Profile Issues We can only request profile corrections, merges, or takedowns on YouTube Music / Topic Channels for releases that have been distributed through DPM Network Music Distribution.

If your release was delivered by another distributor, we do not have the authority to make changes on your behalf. In that case, you will need to contact the distributor who delivered the content, or reach out directly to YouTube Music via their artist support channels.

✅ If your release was delivered by DPM and is appearing under the wrong Topic Channel or artist profile on YouTube Music, please submit this form with:
The YouTube Music link of the incorrect release
The correct Topic Channel or artist profile link
The UPC and full release title
We will escalate the issue to YouTube Music for correction.
