By Opt-in this form you as artist or Label representative agree that DPM Network Music Distribution represents you in the competition of Music Is Vivid and if you win the competence agree that DPM Network Music Distribution will deduct the 15%of the earnings and will pay 85% percent of the Net Revenue that Received by Music Is Vivid if the label or artists that we are representing if a label delivers the music on behalf of the artist, the label will be responsible to pay royalties to any third party or to the artist.
Music Is Vivid doesn't pay revenue for the Sound Recording (Streaming) of the song, you must colelct your performance royalties (Publishing) from the PRO Society for example Ascap or BMI in the United States.
