When to Use This Form

Use this form if you believe:

  • Your music was uploaded without permission.
  • Your song appears under the wrong artist/label.
  • Someone is fraudulently claiming your music.

What to Provide

To speed up the investigation:

  • Release Title & Artist Name
  • DSP Links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
  • UPC / ISRC (if available)
  • Screenshots or ownership proof

What Happens Next

After you submit:

  • We verify your evidence
  • We may contact you for details
  • We coordinate DSP takedowns/corrections
  • We may block or remove content
